In this case data, such as pages viewed, file names, date and time are recorded for statistical purposes on the server, without these data beeing directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address is collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Without your consent data will not be passed on to third parties.
This privacy statement explains users the way, the scope and the purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider X-Working GmbH on this website (hereinafter "offeror"). The legal basis of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act and the Broadcast Media Act.
The provider (or his Internet provider) collects data on each access to the offeror´s service (so-called server log files). Access data include: name of the website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type along with version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited), IP address and the requesting provider. The provider uses the data only for statistical purposes, for the purpose of operation, security and the optimization of the service. The provider reserves the right to log data to check later if there resulted reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.
Personal information is information that will help to identify a person, meaning information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or phone number. Moreover data on preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites or profiles were viewed by someone among personal data. When you contact the offeror, for example via the contact form or via e-mail, the information of the user are recorded for the purpose of processing the request and for the scenario that further questions arise.
When the X-Working users leave comments on the wall or in any other X-Working area, their IP addresses are recorded. This is done for security reasons of the offeror, in case someone writes wrongful comments and posts (insultings, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the offeror may be prosecuted even for the comment or post and therefore is interested in the identity of the author.
Successor comments can be subscribed to by users. The user will receive a confirmation email to needs verify whether she or he is the owner of the email address entered. Users can unsubscribe ongoing comment subscriptions at any time.
The X-Working GmbH and the logo of the X-Working GmbH, our service marks, product and service names are internationally registered trademarks in the Federal Republic of Germany. Any other names and designs are trademarks of their respective users and owners.
With regards to copyrights, the X-Working GmbH respects the intellectual property rights of all artists and users. This covers the sole exploitation right in artworks that are digitally uploaded onto the platform.
It can happen that within this online offer third party content from other websites such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics gets integrated. This always assumes that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party") perceive the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, the third-party can not send each user the content to the browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of that content. We tend to use such content, their respective providers are using the IP address only to the delivery of content. However, we have no influence on it, if the third party's IP address, for example, records data for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.
The data entered during the registration will be used for the purpose of using the network services. The user or registrant are notified via email with regards to service- or registration-related information, such as changes in the scope of service or in view of technical circumstances. The data collected are shown in the input mask during the registration process. These include artist name, main art form, first name, last name and e-mail address.
